Todd understands much more than the standard trainer. And he's not beholden to one standard of training. He knows that each person is an individual that has different goals and different histories. I have been working with Todd for over six years and I can honestly say he is the finest in fitness. When I started working with him I was recovering from some serious heath issues and it's fair to say we were starting from scratch. Movement, agility, mental health, nutrition, balanced fitness as well as how to get strong and look great...Todd is an absolute expert. He's a trainer that is a perfect fit for someone that is brand new or someone that is seasoned and wants to embark on a more educated, holistic approach to wellness. Todd's approach is the furthest thing from a "one size fits all" method. He wants you to achieve what YOU want to achieve, not just what he wants to do. I have been working with personal trainers/health coaches since 2000 and Todd is by far the best I have every worked with.  He is not complacent and continually learns new ways to help his clients improve their health. He is certified in training, nutrition, kettlebell, mobility, etc.  He always brings something new to the workouts.  Todd is really good at making sure you know and use good technique when working out.  In group classes he is able to make adjustments for individuals so that everyone gets the most out of the class.  In addition to taking classes I have worked with Todd for several years one on one.  I had to have both my knees replaced this past year and without his help both prior to and after my surgeries, I would not have been able to recover as quickly as I did.  He was better than the physical therapists as he has a great understanding of the working of the human body.  Todd works with people of all ages and abilities whether it be professional athletes or like myself a non-athletic person.  He continually makes me strive to better myself and try new things.  I have taken several of Todd's seminars as well and although a lot of health professional attend, he has an innate ability to explain things so non-health professionals can understand.

I initially went to Todd because I had a shoulder injury that he fixed for me then, my daughter who runs cross country had a knee injury and I took her to Todd, he worked with her and two days latter she ran a personal best.  I am now working with Todd to simply to get in better shape and as a 50+ female I know that I won't get an injury during my work out as Todd makes sure that I am doing the exercises correctly.  I can not say enough about how great he is at helping people with an injury and helping people get in better shape.
