We carefully evaluate and assess meaningul health intake forms. When appropriate we will look at lab data. We also may choose to order a variety of lab tests, such as food sensitivities and adrenal panels, to name just a couple. We also use state of the art testing to quantify body composition including muscle mass, fat mass, hydration status, and cellular integrity. Body composition is one of the most effective ways to measure health and longevity. It's certainly not the only thing, but it is indeed important.
